=============== Getting Started ================
The first time you start using Vintage Points, select the More tab and then select Calculate Your Allowance.

Answer all the questions making sure you enter your weight in pounds and height in feet and inches (eg; 5.11 for 5 feet 11 inches).

Now you can start using Vintage Points!


There are two methods to add food items to your daily journal;

Method 1:> Select the Pts tab if you already know the point value of your food item.

Using either the slider or tapping the red value button to display the key pad, set your point value for the food item.

Select a category associated with the food item (Lunch, snack, breakfast etc) and tap the Add button.

Method 2:> Select the Calculator tab if you need to work out the point value of a food item.

Using either the sliders or tapping the yellow/blue buttons to display the key pad, set the values for Calories and Saturated Fats.

The point value will be automatically calculated nd displayed on the tab button.

Select a category associated with the food item (Lunch, snack, breakfast etc) and tap the Add button.


=============== My List ================
My List allows you to create your own custom list of favourite foods. Once you have added them to your My List, you can simply select them from the list of categories found in the Pts tab.

Tap the Edit button and then tap the + button to enter the item edit screen.

Enter a short description and switch the Include Pts to ON. (If you are adding an new event, for example;Supper or morning break where your point value changes, leave the Include Pts switch to OFF).

Select food or an activity and then select the point value.

Now tap the Done button and you will be taken back to the My List management screen.

From the My List management screen, you can also edit, delete and change the order of items in your My List.
